Fantastic host. The property is extremely nice and well taken care of.
Unfortunately the neighbors can get a bit loud at times, especially for those who are extremely sensitive to noise:
- Townhome neighbor blasts movies & music (including 12am-3am on weeknights); hear thunderous booms that sometimes shake walls/ceiling
- Slamming of metal commercial trash can lid (from neighboring apartments)
- Yelling from nearby neighbors
- Noticeable background noise, from planes; emergency vehicles; barking dogs, car blasting music, car alarms
May not be ideal for those looking for fragrance-free environment: scented toilet paper, scented garbage bags, laundry products, hand & dish soap
Parking spot can be very tight, compact cars recommended
TL;DR: not really suitable for those who are noise-sensitive, fragrance-sensitive, stairs-adverse (2 flights of stairs between floors).

Really nice and cozy Airbnb in a great location. Wasn’t too far from a majority of places we wanted to go to and was pretty easy to find, plus checking in was easy. There are stairs on every floor which can be a hassle, but we didn’t mind it too much. I’d definitely recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb in Seattle! The space was comfortable and well kept, making it easy to settle in right away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The location was also very convenient—most major tourist attractions were only a 15 to 20 minute drive away. Overall, a great place to stay and I definitely book again!

We really loved our stay at Luay's. The space was small, but clean, with a very comfortable bed and great shower. The bus to downtown was literally right out the door. The location was convenient to groceries, a coffee shop, bakery and good restaurants. Luay checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. A great place to stay if you plan to be out and about in Seattle. We will definitely here stay again.

Luay the host was very friendly and communicated well. He was kind enough to let us check in early, which was well appreciated since we got into town so early. Check in was easy. Had a reserved parking spot in the back. The place was pristine when we checked in- kitchen, bathroom and rooms! It was modern but homey as well. It’s also in a great location, near everything! I highly recommend Luay’s home, would love to stay again next time we visit. Just be mindful there are a lot of stairs, it’s a 3 story place. But we didn’t mind it even with our almost 2 year old.

I LOVED our stay here! We were in town for a concert at T-mobile Park and this was a great deal for the area. It was about 10 minute drive to the Stadium. Lyfts around Seattle can be pricey but there are scooters everywhere to rent, also walkable location if you don't mind a scenic walk!
We were surprised by the amount of stairs, the pictures made it seem only 2 floors but there is 4 plus the roof. Keep in mind in you have anyone with mobility issues. There is a room and bathroom on the ground floor.
Overall it was a very pretty place, clean, and easy to find. I would stay here again in the future.
